I enjoyed watching your final 20time video because you not only summarize your experience well, but I have a better understanding of how your whole 20time learning process was for you. It was cool to hear about the successes you had throughout the weeks. For someone new to barbecuing, I think it's pretty awesome most of your dishes turned out so good! I was far from this lucky with mine! Its rad you cooked for so many friends and family throughout the process, lucky them! Further, I am glad you shared more about your Yosemite trip in the video. I love how you brought your 20time project camping with you and your friends were able to contribute to your learning. It is fun sharing 20times with people outside of our program, because I really think everyone should be practicing a 20time project. Another part of your video I like is that you discuss basting the meats overnight for added flavor. I cook a lot of meats, but I always forget about how delicious an overnight marinade is. I think I will try one of your recipes out this week! Another cool part of your video: you trying to recreate an EL Napalito version of pollo asada! I love that you incorporated our town into the video! You and I both went to school in the San Dieguito district, so of course we grew up on El Napalito! Lastly, now that our semesters are coming to an end and we will be having a little more time on our hands, it would be fun to share our new dishes. I will bring the Moroccan cookies and you could make dinner! Or, I was thinking if we all have a get together to celebrate, it would be cool for all of us to share what we learned!
Thanks for all your awesome feedback! You rock!
